Finnish MLB Electronics Oy, a subsidiary of Inission AB, has moved its operations to Inission Lohja’s premises and merged into a legal entity through a so-called merger. Going forward, the companies will operate under the name Inission Lohja Oy.
– Having all capacity, resources and competence gathered in one place means that we can provide better service to our customers, improve our operational efficiency and deliver high-quality solutions even faster. We can also offer a wider range of services in electronics and mechanics, everything from prototypes to volume manufacturing. Together, we form a solid foundation of growth on the Finnish EMS market, says Pekka Väyrynen, CEO of Inission lohja.
The merger does not require any measures from Inission Lohja’s and MLB’s customers, but it´s worth noting that existing contracts have been transferred to Inission Lohja Oy and invoicing to the companies is made via the name Inission Lohja Oy.
