Inission strengthens its position in western Sweden by signing an agreement for a new factory in Borås with planned occupancy in March 2025. The factory will focus on LEAN and offer a work environment that prioritizes customers, creativity, collaboration and technology. Part Development, one of Sweden’s leading consulting companies in LEAN business development, participates in the project.
With the new factory, Inission Syd, with factories in Malmö and Borås, gets a total capacity of over 10,500 square meters and four surface assembly lines. The factories have a well-developed collaboration which creates both a strong redundancy and business continuity, which is appreciated by Inission’s customers.

The newly renovated factory is fully adapted to Inission’s operations and located on Källbäckrydsgatan, parallel to E40 at the eastern entrance to Borås. The relocation of all resources from Inission’s current factory in Borås is expected to be completed in May 2025. During the transition period, operations will be conducted simultaneously in both Borås factories.
