Production Engineer Malin Grevillius

– At Inission we have many different work tasks as a production engineer. Some responsibilities are, tests and troubleshoot circuit boards in collaboration with customers, work with cells to optimize workflows, program and maintain machines. Being a production engineer is a fun and varied job and there are always opportunities to learn more.

SMT operator Petter Brevik Sommervold

– As an SMT operator, I run the surface mount machines and make sure they are operational in the surface mount department. The surface mount machine is a type of robot used to place electronic components directly on the surface of a printed circuit board (PCB).

I started here as an apprentice in 2017 after completing two years in computer electronics at Meldal gymnasium. I got my vocational certificate there and have been permanently employed at Inission since then. I get along very well with my colleagues and we find things outside of work as well.

Key Account Manager Åsa Persson

– In my role as a Key Account Manager, I have the overall responsibility to maintain a good long-term relationship with our key customers. You could say that I am responsible for how the customer experiences Inission. I work closely with all departments to be able to present the most cost-effective solutions.

I like Inission because it´s clear organization. Every morning we get together and discuss deliveries, problems and solutions. When everyone is involved, it creates a feeling that we are a team working together towards a goal, which I believe is one of the most important things for a business to function well.

Business development manager Per Jennel

– As Business development manager at Inission, the goal is to create value for the customer and thus increase sales. Creating value means improving, simplifying or refining a routine, process, product or service linked to the business. For this to be possible, good relationships and an understanding of the customer’s needs are required.

There is a fantastic diversity within the companies in Swedish industry and the startup culture in Sweden is strong. It is a privilege to get to know them, work with them, manufacture their products and help them grow.

Assembler Hege Ustad Hove

– My tasks are solder control and adaptation and assembly of components on circuit boards in the production department. A few years ago, I received an offer for training through work and then took my vocational certificate in production electronics.

Inission is a good place to work, with a lot of variety and nice colleagues that I enjoy working with. I also think they are exceptionally good at individual customization here.

Electronics developer Johan Frisk

– I work in a team at the development unit Innovate where we all have in common that we love to develop and design electronics. The team works with hardware, software and embedded systems. To become a development engineer I studied electronics, robotics and mechatronics.

Accuracy, willingness to cooperate and creativity are valuable qualities to have when you are faced with challenges as a development engineer. The best thing about Inission is all the exciting reference projects and the in-house manufacturing that provides faster and easier feedback on the producibility of the prototypes.

Logistics manager Sara Thørnquist Liljedal

– In my role as logistics manager, I am responsible for purchasing, inventory and planning, as well as for following up and developing the departments. I think that the tasks here at Inission are exciting and that it is interesting to work with so many experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. It is very rewarding to be part of a growing company.

Finance & HR manager Anna-Karin Nordström Olsson

– As Finance & HR manager I have key role in the further development of the company. I´m a part of the management team and lead the work of developing financial plans, investigations and steering and control systems to follow up the business. I’m also responsible for matters relating to personnel, salaries, skills development and recruitment.

What I like most about my job is the meeting with people and the creation of collaborations that improve the business both in a human way and in terms of profitability. At Inission no one gives up and everyone wants to move forward.
