Inission AB has appointed Charlotte Jansson as the group’s new Chief Data Officer. Charlotte has several years of experience in digitalisation, data management and analysis. Charlotte previously held key positions at Ericsson, H&M Group and Epidemic Sound, where she successfully led initiatives to establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure high data quality and security. Charlotte has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Uppsala University.
As Chief Data Officer, Charlotte will be responsible for developing and implementing overall strategy for data and digitization within the group. Charlotte will lead the work on improving data governance, ensuring data quality and driving data-driven decisions and insights.

As Chief Data Officer, it is my responsibility to, together with all employees, maximize the potential of our data resources for the benefit of business operations, to be able to make strategic decisions and drive innovation.
