We now have a Business developer on the east side of the Baltic Sea. His name is Ismo Kyllönen and his job is to help Inission Tallinn to find new customers in Finland and the Baltic countries.
He was born in 1970 in Kajaani, Finland, the center and capital of the Kainuu region. In 1990 he moved to Oulu and that’s where he got involved with the electronics industry. Since then he´s been living in several countries but now his hometown is Tallinn.
Ismo is very interested in all kinds of sports. He´s been competing in cross country skiing and football. Nowadays he works out at the gym, swims, ski and goes for a ride on his bicycle – training at least five times a week. As a Finn he off course likes motor sports as well. Motor cycling and motor boats are his favorites.
At young age he studied Power electronics. Later he studied RF (Radio Frequency) and Production Technology. On top of that Ismo have more than 20 years of working experience in the electronics business.
Where did you work before you came to Inission?
– I worked at Powerwave for 16 years in various positions, and half of that time in different countries. Before I started my service at Inission I worked at Incap as a Project Manager for 5 years.
In the summer of 2013 Inission became the largest shareholder in the Incap Cooperation.
How did you become Business developer at Inission Tallinn?
– Olle Hulteberg (Inissions Managing director) called me before Christmas and told me they were looking for a sales person at the Tallinn factory whose job was to find new customers on the Finnish side. If I was interested there could be work for me there. We started to discuss and here we are now.
What´s your expectations?
– Of course my expectations are high, that´s why I´m here. I believe that with my experience I can help the company to grow and become stronger. My intention is also to continue to grow as a human being, to learn new things and in this way help my company as well. And what I´ve experienced so far it feels very possible because I really like the atmosphere, the people and the way things work here.
