Inission Munkfors has recently invested heavily in training its employees to solder and assess the durability and quality of the soldering according to the quality class that the customer prefers – everything to ensure that future product development & quality will be maintained in absolute world class.

During a two week period ten employees at Inission Munkfors has learned how to solder according to the Defense Standard FSD. Half of them have passed the FSD 5115 (hole mount) exam and the other half have passed FSD 5117 (surface mount). The training was provided by Prodel AB, a training and consulting company for electronics and certifications in the solder joint & contact pressing area.
